La Bamba seems to have a fair number of sponsored girls working there more than likely due to it's low profile and off the mainstream, so the girls can be "off the scene" in whatever bar in BKK/HKT they normally frequent but can still earn some coin in the quiet backstreets of Pattaya.
Quite a few of the girls have normal day jobs too.
