You've copied/pasted the youtube link from the address bar, this will give a link to the youtube video page but not embed it on the forum.

To embed it:

Click on the embed button which is usually below the video to the right.



This will open up the embedding options and give you the embed code.

Once you are happy with the options (the best size option for the forum is 640 x 385), hightlight and copy the complete embed code..



Then paste it in to a forum post, like so..
