I think your original post fails to consider that we all have a variety of needs and are attracted to different things.

To suggest that simply because they don't have a penis they should be discounted is somewhat simplistic.

Even though my own preference is for well endowed pre ops, I appreciate that many guys find the presence of a penis repulsive, and find other elements in a post op attractive.

This is very much dependent on the skill of the dr. who performed the operation. Two of the best Thai SRS drs are Dr. Suporn in Chonburi (near Pattaya), and Dr. Kamol in Bkk.

Some postop lbs can orgasm - but it takes more skilled foreplay from the partner. Some can also self lubricate - again depending on the skill of the dr.

Many will also be willing to have anal sex, though a few will say they only want to have vaginal sex.

This might be strange for some to hear to hear but I actually prefer post ops. There is sometimes a disappointment if the surgeon did not do a good job but there are usually options in that area.....
