Rossco, about the site being monitored, i am sure it is but the police delaying her release and increasing bail because they have been reading the post.....REALLY DOUBT IT!
You think thailand is monitored, wait till you get to China where things are much more monitored than anywhere else in the world.
Just expressing my feelings and knowledge here....
Cheers

That`s too much even for Scotland Yard!

Thsts where we are heading, i´m afraid. Not only for legal issues reasons but one-hit-post trolls too. I´ve seen several cases now that a (longtime) poster gets pissed off and register a new account and flame anonymous, too worried about doing that under his old nickname.

I doubt that too.

My experience of China - arrested once in Beijing - long story.
Do not delude yourself about Thailand. We are under a temporary Military government who have already become more active in cracking down. In February they arrested 150 people on Beach Road - all released after paying fine.
Re Moo - I can only conjecture but ask some simple questions:
Why bail set so high
Why bail not accepted originally
Authorities are not stupid/dumb - they do not always show their cards.
You can sit back at home and take no risk - if you were a bar owner here would you take the risk? You and other forum posters take no risk but positively encourage without knowledge - dangerous.
Stop encouraging a guy who is sometimes naive about the world stage. Franck has a passion but needs to be guided positively. This whole Diary got out of hand - fuelled by people who do not think.
I stayed out and let it ferment. I then was given no choice. Defend my friend and ensure he takes the cautious route. What did everyone else do? I am disappointed that common sense could not prevail. That is life....

Fair enough and thanks for your feedback. I am not trying to get Franck into any trouble here but i think that if you knew about all these dangers since the beggining, why wait to comment on it till the Diary has gained momentum and spectators.
Anyways, we are all LB lovers so i do not wish to antagonise anyone. With this said, i will lay low for a few weeks as i think the forum is totally loosing its purpose of sharing (which means caring) information, ideas, reports and updates on the LB scene in Thailand and around the world.
I will be in Shanghai for the next few days and will keep reading the forum but as mentioned will lay low and not comment for a while. Wanna see what turns out of it...

Guys
From now on I’ll try to give you daily news and pics about what’s going on in Pattaya or specifically at Club 131.
I will do it with pleasure to keep anyones update and pls don’t take me wrong if sometimes your mouths are watering …
I don’t do this to tease you guys, only to eager your appetite about your next trip to LOS / Pattaya.
I will accept with grace all your comments and I try to improve (as I do in my Bar) and answering the questions that you may have.
Also, I beg your pardon about my poor written English, as I was born in a small Country somewhere… near Spain.
Best wishes,
Franck
Well... is not the best way to start (post a GG) on a LB site, but I have this visit's stunning this afternoon ...
Two months ... exactly two months I modestly started my Diary...
My line of conduct from there until now remains balanced or ... at least, my behaviour or "my way"- Franck's Way, is the same from the begining.
NO ONE, including obviously myself, could imagine the popularity of the diary, almost with 100,000 viewers and more then 700 replies.
I'm not a good writter and I never will (either not pretending to be).
My idea on my start, was, for those far from here, to LIVE the day by day, with my (could be yours) adventures on the sin's capital.
Looks like recently I had upset some guys (not many), and honestly I never had that intention.
I hate personal attacks, as I'm here only for fun, and of course I don't like to be threaten as I am frequently by now.
I DARE, if I want, to post "heavy" things here.
I'm not hidden behind the computer and nothing scares me.
If I don't do it, is especially for the respect that I have with the owner of this website.
Today I was called CLOWN from someone with responsablities on this board .
I felt insulted once more (same feeling as someone insulted my mother).
I always follow my instincts:
Same way I started ... easy to stop it... even before the 100.000.

Franck – in your last post, you sounded hurt. I hope you realize that most of us don’t want to see anything bad happen to you or to your business. Not being afraid is fine, but you should still be careful. When you mention “dare”, you sound as if you are taking these recent comments as a challenge. Please don’t feel that way. Remember, if you’re not around when I finally get to visit, I’m going to be really pissed off.

You have put your heart and soul into making Club 131 happen and this thread certainly served a purpose in putting your show on the road. However, the time has come for a break, let the dust settle and then perhaps resurrect Francks Diary sometime in the future.
Just for now it has become too much of a circus.

On the sixties (some of you weren’t born yet), I saw a film which marked my life, especially on the way of controlling my sentimental feelings.
BLUE ANGEL
It was a very sad story of a old man’s teacher (Curt Jurgens – Immanuel Rath), pathetically and deeply falling in love with a young cabaret singer prostitute (May Britt – Lola lola ) and the inevitable consequences …
Some scenes of the film still are on my mind and I thought I had learn how dangerous could be, if someone falls in love with the wrong girl.
I don’t tell you the end as maybe on day you can watch and take your own illations.
NOW.. TODAY!!!, I feel a little bit like Jurgens, near the precipice… falling with love with someone which can turns off my life.
Hopefully I have a couple of weeks in front to decide my life and to try to fight back before it’s too late, otherwise I might suffer like Curt did with his Blue Angel …
“The heart as reasons that the reason ignores”
Never this celebrate phrase was so adequated …
