frank, no problems...get a rest and come back with new strenght and continue your diary. I personally like it like it is (could wish for more nasty/nude pics though :D ), then tuesday you meet you-know-who if the date hasn´t changed again.

What is your problem? Do you feel the need to everytime you come to this forum attack someone? Frank isn´t doing his diary for you who obviously find it offensive and unethical. If you don´t like lb porn you are is the wrong place, granpa.
Now please let the people here enjoy franks diary and this sites content without getting your moral lectures.

Here here Rickard1....

Balou, you acuse rickard1 on your post of being "a supporter of Frank" which obviously implies that you're not, so what on earth are you doing reading Franks diary thread?

Plus, lest not forget, this forum is part of a porn site so lets not point the finger at naughty little rickard for wanting a bit porn with his reading....

Live and let live, as they say....

Hey balou, I sense a "threatening" tone in your messages towards Frank. Concealed in the form of "advice" and "warnings"

I don`t know balou... I`ll be watching you :|

Guys,

I am feeling that the diary is not francks diary anymore....too many people giving negative comments on what he posts and aggressing other forum members. I suggest you guys stop with it and let the man be. If you want to aggress other users, do so by PM and keep it to yourself.

Don't worry Franck, a break for a day or two is good otherwise the constant titbits of information become rather tedious to say the least.
Anyway, as the saying goes...No News Is Good News !

Before I read this reply, I prepared the following test:

"And tomorrow is the 15th ... I'm hoping to (finally) coming with good news, concerning Moo's case).
I will be once more ONLINE with Pat Tire, relating in exclusive to this website all the details"

Now ... I don't really know what to do
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort ...

franck boa tarde

its seems i got a reason to visit pattaya again after reading all the good things about your bar.

i think if you still have same energy and enthuasism, in one year, then we should all be jealous of your stamina but not now. :)

from some of the replies here it seems like people are under the impression that you are forcing them to read your diary. :)

Well here goes - just waiting for the barrage of replies.

I live in Pattaya and regard Franck as a personal friend.

I see Franck three or four times every week, which most of you do not, so I know him pretty well. I have also had the pleasure of meeting many of you and hope to meet more in the future - we all have a shared passion - a bit like a fraternity. So all I ask is we think together.

Franck is a good guy, no doubt about it, with a good bar and a heart of gold. His enthusiam for the LB scene is great but sometimes misdirected and fails to consider consequences.

No one, in my humble opinion, is Franck bashing. It is the Diary that is the issue - not the diary itself but the content.

When you post you can expect praise and criticsm - the diary has come in for critiscm by some people that may be better informed about some issues that you may or may not be aware of.

Many of you have successfully defined a Diary. Did you also know that a diary is most often published (not written) posthumously? If it is published as a living diary then the author must get express permission of persons mentioned to avoid libel action.

Enough of the legalities and definitions.

There are bigger issues at stake.

Porn on the web is illegal - unless you subscribe to a pay site which asks you to declare age etc and, by virtue of requesting Credit Cards, attempts to ensure minors may not join and be exposed to such content.

The Forum, which we all use is NOT a pay site - it is open to any person who logs in to the internet - no password to read (you only need a password/log in to Post)

Why do I care - if you encourage Franck to post Porn you are going to close down your own Forum.

You are also going to get Franck into trouble with the authorities. He is the bar owner of the Club 131 featured.

End game is that the bar is closed

For you guys, who are unlucky enough to live outside Thailand, or who may not be aware:

THIS SITE IS MONITORED heavily.

In Thailand we cannot log in in the same way you do as it is a barred site - yes Policed.

Are you getting the message yet.

So the Diary - it is specific with names and events for all of us to read - great. Unfortunately it is also read by the authorities.

The diary is based around a real bar with real people - so what better way to cause problems than to openly post specifics, names, porn etc. If you care for Franck and his staff you will think again.

I suggested to Franck do not be specific about Moo - why?

The authorities know her background (Porn star) and read the posts. Maybe that is why they delayed her release because they could read all about the moral support in a daily diary that is open to all Internet users. Their response - jack up the penalty. It is abnormal for a first offender to be set bail at 50K baht.

I have tried, without success, to advise Franck. His response is:

Look how many readers I have
Look at all the support I have

Yes guys you are supportive but misguided and could be your own undoing.

What I propose is this:

*You want Porn - Pay for membership - you even get the LB's personal email and phone numbers - good deal at 30 bucks.
(Note: I Do NOT work for LB69)

*Stop encouraging Franck - I care for the guy and do not want him to go under because you all demand more porn for free. Photos of staff are no problem - Porn free.

*You want photos - take your own, as many members do, but for own private use.

I think Franck is sometimes naive or entirely driven by your misguided support.

I asked him if he gets permission to post photos. His answer was yes. I also have a recent example of when this was not the case.
No details.

I tested this theory - I took some expose pictures of a LB and pretended to put on the internet so she could see them. She loved them and sat giggling. They love having their photo taken.

I then took some time to explain that now everyone in the world could see her photos and know that she is in Pattaya.

She freaked! I did not post.

They are not as aware as you guys about the power and availablity of the Internet. I doubt Franck explains this so clearly in the heat of the moment.

Think what you are doing, and yes the authorities are reading this.

You will close Franck down and also cause grief to many of the LB's working here. Maybe, if charged with Porn offences, Franck will be deported - I am sure one of you will offer him a home! That would be a real test of your support.

I now await your informed responses defending the diary and all that it means to you.

I am not attacking Franck, nor the diary, but the direction it is taking - personal and specific - exposing those people you care about to risk and penalty.

I have held off posting these facts hoping subtle hints would be sufficient to contain your enthusiam - now you have the facts clear I hope you will adjust your support for the diary content accordingly.

If you want to destroy your own forum, and those establishments that support your interests, please do encourage the direction of the Diary in the way you have done so far - you end up with Zero.

Me, I live here so I just enjoy what and where I know. Just off to see Franck......then Stringfellows, maybe Triple X Didi, Soi 6, Soi 4
etc etc.

I am a paid member but I usually spend less than 5 minutes to the update section every time I log in, but I enjoys spending 30 minutes each time reading the forum. I used to be a silent reader, and do not want to comment on other people's opinions or ideas.

What I want to say here, the forum is invaluable to this site. If there is so big limitations for a public forum, why don't form a private forum in the pay-site area if which will then become legal in Thailand.

Re Rossco's post, see now, that's constructive criticism. I don't know about the other members, but I think my main objection to Balou's constant posts was the tone. He always professed to have Franck's interest at heart, but he came across as a stern teacher chastising an unruly, delinquent pupil. Those of us who live outside of the LOS are obviously unaware of all the issues that are involved here. I've always found Rossco's comments to be very informative. He obviously cares for Franck and knows what he's talking about. The point he makes about this being a free site that doesn't require a password is a good one. The test he ran with the photos of the LB who didn't really comprehend what the Internet was really about was very illustrative. The fact that the site is monitored closely by the authorities is pretty scary. I think that this particular Forum is by far and away the best around and would hate to see anything happen to it. Franck, I still want to read your diary, but please listen to your friend. Tone it down and be careful with the specifics. I hope to visit in November or December and would be extremely disappointed if you or your club were not there.
Actually living the dream.
