Nice pic of Nicky and Chin lounging on the bed. It seems a lot of heat has been generated recently by Nicky (I can see why - very cute) but I'd like to stand up (!) for the lovely Chin. She looks really adorable and if I ever get to 131 Club she will be my first port of call.
It seems she's been there quietly in the background for a while now and always looks a bit shy in her pics (is she?). Anyway, give her my regards. Keep the great pics coming and have a fun party this week, wish I could be there.

Laugh, I always wonder what the reason is for these questions, I know some other members seemed obsessed with the same issue and frequently posted the same questions, but still cannot understand why its so important? Am I missing something?

The price for the drinks is the same whether salary or freelance, same with the barfine not sure about the price of the ladies :twisted: as its up to them. The only difference is salaried are expected in at business open and to stay until close, unless BF'd and the Freelance can come and go as they please although some of them are there almost from open to closing time.

Now I understand that it might be to let people know whether the girls will be likely in when they call at a bar, but of course as I can attest many of the salaried are often BF'd for days at a time or are taken early in the evening so its as hit and miss as to who will be there whether Salaried or Freelance. (I'm pretty sure the only other difference is that salaried are expected to sell a certain number of Lady Drink or face a fine, not sure if Franck operates that way or not will need to ask tonight.)

Of course a Bar is not the same as a GoGo where all the ladies are salaried, so I guess this is one of the reasons people seem to get so confused, 131 reminds me of the normal GG beer bar with some salaried and some freelance but no noticeable difference between the two.

Oh well maybe I'm just not seeing the issue

Now, directly to your question:

Never ever crossed my mind, even thinking about fine a girl if they don't get "Lady Drinks".
As you probaly know, the girls has 20 baht comission for each drink, as they have comission on BF.
Is good for the business if they get many drinks, but honestly I'm more concern and happy in that issue works for them as for myself.
"Damn" soft hearted as I am, despite my sometimes money difficulties, there's many times I give from my own money to the unlucky ones some support.

I take this chance to reply to Entrox (beeing or not in someone else behalf ):

Pat, after a private meeting with my staff (congrats to be well informed), two weeks from now is not on salaries.
In fact, her "pusshy" behavior and after had showing the first "yellow card" , made me to decide that.
However, she was gaven another opportunity and ponctually she still works here, from 6 pm until 2 am.

Pond, besides she's here every single day, never wanted to be on salaries for 2 reasons:
- To save my money, as good friend (believe me or not).
- To be able to come to work later then the others, as on the day time she likes to hang in soi 6

About the others, name them and I'll be pleased to answer.

well i THINK...( yes first time i know ) that the reason for some of the girls to be freelancers/non paid is simple... IF they have some "other than the bar" costumers...they dont have to make the guy pay barfine if the meeting is arranged by phone or internet... they just dont show up at work that day.. :wink:
they also ( as you wrote) dont have to be there all time during opening hours...but can like now in slow season...wait until chances for costumers are biggest... :wink:

i dont... and even that i know that MY favorite is "nonpaid" and i could make arrangements behind the bar... i dont care...after all...i love to be in the bar,enjoying ALL the girls,make fun with them,EVEN that i(and the rest of the girls) already know my chosen one i prefer to pay the barfine and "play the game"...after all...if it wasnt for the bar..i would never have got so many FRIENDS among the LB`s... :wink:
