Hello guys,

I am going to BKK in less than 22 days and I am very super excited. I remember my first two LB barfines, Temptations and Cascades. I remember in Temptations, I was approached by one LB (i remember her name sounds like Pae or Pair) as soon as I entered. We both talked while other LBs as if keeping turns to "seduce" me and see if Id choose them or ask them to join me and Pair. It was my first time I just smiled and made a "point my eye then point stage" signal suggesting I am still looking around.

Whenever you walk into a bar, go-go, club, etc, among the first things you'll be asked is "you come to Thailand before?" or "is this your first time in Thailand?".

They all need to know that so as to gauge how much chance they have of fleecing you. New guys on their first visit are money in the bank as far as the girls are concerned.

A 100 baht tip discreetly slipped into a girls hand when she has staked too much on a situation to back out without losing face can make the whole problem go away. But never let the others see you do it & make sure she knows it is a thank you for her time but not tonight darling.

One defence strategy you must use is the simple body language device of the two handed open fingered wave in front of your face signifying "no" while shaking your head. And do it early before they get too close & the face question comes into play. Once they know they risk rejection, this can keep them away. As for the mamasan, nothing will keep her away & her favours must be bought. While there is no cover charge in the go-go's, it is the mamasan's job to make sure no one is occupying a seat for free & no one isn't buying a drink or drinks. And don't be surprised if a tab gets put in your bin for her drink, it isn't worth the argument to refuse it.

The 10 drinks at Patpong shouldn't have been allowed to happen because if there is even the slightest doubt about what you are ordering, they will jump on you. It is best not to answer any of them when they are all hassling for a drink. If they hear the word "maybe" or "later", that's as good as a green light. You didn't say no, so ipso facto, yes must be the answer.

Some guys never get it & will always pay too much. Alcohol is another element to the mix & I have gone off-script when under the influence. It's been a long time since they caught me but I never said I always practiced what I preached.

at first we all make are mistakes, some dont see the sharpie eyebrow on there first night untill the next morning as they hand over 3000 baht too much and ponder the idiot who actaully did this work , others on week 2 still cant translate pink purple bar lit up ''skin'' and what that skin will look like back at your room that has standard bulbs. I have a question, if you have BF a lady in say Cascade, next time you are going there, will she (the girl I BF previous night) expect me to BF her again? Will she be upset/lose face if i decided to BF different lady??...
