Candyman, I agree quality has a price - but with which benchmark.

150/USD... or 1,000 USD or 10,000 USD. Where does it stop if we as customers do not speak up... do not give a voice of reason.

Consider UK prices are now around 1,000 GBP (or 1,800 USD a night).
Do you consider that reasonable for the quality ?

It's only a few years ago that the UK had 100 GBP for the night was the market rate. Now look at the price :!:

If we are happy for western prices to creap into Thailand.... Consider if you should decide in the future to live in Thailand... if you have locally adjusted salaries you will never be in a postion to afford the girls in the future.

Ah the classic law of supply and demand. I guess in Singapore supply is not as plentiful as Thailand. Think about Irleand where the cost can hit €400.00 an hour again supply and demand. Price charged depends on the market the entity is operating in. So BKK been a perfectly competitive market (many operators) and prices charged thus reflect this, while singapore been an Oligoply (few players) and Ireland been a monopoly market (little or no players, prices are thus reflected. All we have to worry about is a shift in economic power away from Europe, USA to other big trading blocks and if that happens who knows, maybe, we will be the ones receiving monetary rewards to indulge our desires.
