Manila ( Prince Plaza II Condotel )
My Personal Experience !!!

If i need to give this Condo a score point between 0 to 10 it will get a perfect 7 , and with stars from 0 to 5 it will level a perfect 2 star !!!

The Condo is a 15 min drive away from the airport , and a 10 min walk from Greenbelt

The front desk girls where very friendly and know there job.....

The Condo ask a 2000 php downpayment , it can be pay by cash or Credid Card and will be deducted from your made expenses when you cheque out...

Hotel restaurant is open from 06.00 AM till 10.00 PM for brakefast ONLY !! ,

Wifi facility is avail in each room , average speed....

Hotel is LB and GG friendly , no ID cheque requred , the front desk will only call you when ever the girls leave to see if everything is oke......

There is a 7/11 and Ministop store just around the corner , most restaurants are open till 02.00 AM , with a 24H Mc Donnald also just around the corner

Final Comment !!!
I will definitely book this Condotel for my next stay , just love the close range location to Greenbelt......

My Personal Experience !!!

If i need to give this Condo a score point between 0 to 10 it will get a perfect 8 , and with stars from 0 to 5 it will level a perfect 3 star !!!

The Condo is a 25 min drive away from the airport , and a 45 min walk from La Cafe or 30 min walk from Robinson Mall

The front desk girls where very friendly and know there job.....

The Condo is run by a american guy by the name of William Hawkins that has two studio to offer in the building , and let his fillippino supervisor by the name of ( Rogelio Alvarez ) run the show.

Wifi facility is avail in each room , at average speed....

The Condotel is LB and GG friendly , no ID cheque requred , the front desk will only call you when ever the girls leave to see if everything is oke......

On level 7 you have a nice swimmingpool with a awesome view overlooking the manila bay and city , on this level you have also a mini gym corner and Sauna and drycleaning
There is a 7/11 and Ministop store just around the corner , and a lot of restaurant all around the plaza

Final Comment !!!
I will definitely book this Condotel for my next stay......

Cagayan De Oro ( Seda Centrio Hotel )
My Personal Experience !!!

If i need to give this Hotel a score point between 0 to 10 it will get a perfect 10 , and with stars from 0 to 5 it will level a perfect 5 star !!!

The Hotel is a 45 min drive away from the airport , and a 10 min drive from the ( Pulse Discotheek ) or 5 min walk from the ( Lifestyle District ) , the Centrio SM Mall is just around the corner......

The front desk girls where very friendly and know there job very well and after two day`s they will adres you by your name.....

Same with the restaurant personal will adres you after a few days by your name.......

 

The waitress or waiter know what you like to drink and will add it at your table automaticly , very refine and perfect service.....

 

Wifi facility is avail in each room , with a very good speed....

The Hotel is LB and GG friendly , no ID cheque requred , the front desk will only call you when ever the girls leave to see if everything is oke......

Outside on the same restaurant level ( 4 ) you have a pool and a gym room

Final Comment !!!

 

I was very suprice to find such a wonderful 5 star hotel in the middle of no where , lol

I will definitely book this Hotel for my next stay......
