i say that because there is chatter of not one but two motorcycle accidents involving staff... not wishing to cause alarm

 I don't know what, if anything happened to Anna & Patricia on their motorbikes. There was no gossip in the bar last night, and as you can see, Anna is fine:

now heres a salutory tale ....    i have been sort of sponsering Anna from C & D for a while now, i have  been around C & D for a long time  and i thought i was aware of the pitfalls.... not so ...last week she was in a state because she had lost her phone in restaurent  after work ... being a decent sort of bloke i said i would help here get a replacement for it .. sent a couple of hundred euro to help cover the cost of replacement for it ... not a big deal in the great scheme of things ... on monday last she went to Central to get new one ...Samsun something  8900 bht all ok ..  however later that day had a hysterical call from her saying she had hit a car on her way back and had been in hospital and had been patched up ...but the police said she had to report to the station in Kathu and pay for damage after a lot of hysterics about being afraid that they would lock her up and all that stuff... she said she would just run away for a while .. she also skyped me live showing herself with big plasters on her face bandaged leg and various other bandages ... so when i calmed her down i agreed to send here 10 k to pay off everybody all done and sorted ... knowing the police there wasnt duely surprised...

and i had seen all the bandages... on wednesday yesterday at 1141 my time i got a message saying that she was going to the hospital to have dressings changed that was the last i heard from her ... last night got a message from Nick bullsey saying that Patricia had had an accident and was damaged ...motorbike again ...a bit of a coincidence i thought .. he has photos of the actual injuries  showed them to me .... i put a few feelers out ... got told off by Jimbo for spreading gossip and he put up pics of Anna last night totally unmarked ... so i can only assume that this was an elaborate scam to get money .... sad but true ...i really didnt see it coming ..so a warning to all of you BMs out there trust none of them ... as it happens i am due to arrive in Phuket at the beginning of march ... it should be interesting.. the silly thing is that if she had just carried on as normal I would have probably  supported her for the indefinate future. it is her loss and damaging to the reputation of C & D as they are rightly proud of their staff who are renound for there honesty and all that .... no reflection on Jimbo who runs the best Ladyboy bar in thailand ....

 Patricia had 2 little plasters on her knee from her "tragic" accident.

 

 Anna had a bandage on her upper thigh but refused to let me have a close inspection

.....but most importantly :- my old toaster gave up the ghost this morning, and

I had to stand with my finger on the lever for a whole 3 minutes just to get my 

toast done !
