To be honest i don't really give a rats ass about the politics , theres enough of that at work . I'm sure all bars have there good and bad points . i really enjoyed myself @ this bar & @ the end of the day thats all that matters .

As long as we are being nit-picky and dredging up hurt feelings, let me jump on the bandwagon too.

Why don't you start a thread about whatever your real beef is and whine about it in that thread instead of dropping snarky comments about CIB and Mardhi in multiple threads?

I remember you getting fussy about me asking a slightly off topic question in one of your Chang Mai threads, but here you are being intentionally disruptive with your little feud.

I have followed and enjoyed Mardhi's posts for many years. He watched Guess Bar go from heaven to hell and hated it. He had helped build it up to the best bar in BKK, understandably he voiced his hurt. I read both men's posts and hate the petty bickering from the North. This forum is a place for friendship. I am a member of an international group of friendship and when we join we agree that if we have a difference with another member, we should withdraw for a while and not return until resolution.

It's the adult way A*.

Carrying grudges and fighting online doesn't accomplish anything useful other than showing what kind of person you are. Any continuing disputes posted in the CIB thread will be moved here.

I understand personalities can clash but we are all here to gain and share knowledge, forge friendships and have a good time. Let's all play nice.

Good idea, then move to classified the glossy pictures made by the bar itself, adding anything else than a catalogue and self praising.
On the other hand a single LB advertising herself would be moved to classified sections... There is not much of a difference when a bar does the same.

Where or what is this "chaos 9" reference. A bar...I've not heard of it?

 

 

It is the new name for Guess bar in Soi 4, Rajah car park.    They allow LB's to freelance there but they claim to be a GG bar.  

 

Who is they? He is the Fox news news of posters. Great source.

The proof is in mardhi's response above.  He had never met the owner when he posted that. It was a deliberate attempt to mislead BM's about Chaos 9. I had discussions with Kanjana the owner about the direction of the bar before this post and after. She told me that she wanted to have 80% ladyboys which is why she put Chaos 9 by Guess Bar on the signage so former customers would still know they had ladyboys working there.

 

This was posted on the CIB thread by a co-owner of that bar.  You're welcome to drink the Koolaid that mardhi is serving up. He must think the members here are that gullible when he posts/boasts about not showing photos of guests at the bar under the guise of the CIB BKK username.  It kind of gives June and the bar a bad name with his paranoia over what other bars are doing.

Is it nice to mislead BM's about his bars perceived competition? Is it nice for him to pose as June and post under the CIB BKK username as he did when he posted about them posting only their girls and not guests of customers? Do you really think June would post that? Had all the hallmarks of mardhi. He really must think BM's aren't to bright.

 

You can call it a grudge, an online fight, bar politics if that helps you ignore the truth.  A group hug and singing "Kumbaya" only camouflage's a bar owners attempt to misinform BM's  to think his bar is the only game in town. It's not. There are plenty of other options for customers to patronize. Anyone who has followed his posts over the years would realize he has a vested interest in GB and now CIB.  That's fine, but you don't see other bar owners trying to misinform BM's about other bars. 

 

It's well known and by his own admission that he wanted to see Guess Bar close their doors.  Well he got his wish and our community lost a ladyboy venue from our community.  It's obvious he will go to any extent to eliminate his perceived competition. Thankfully other bars have come along staffing LB's like Paradise Club, P'beer, and Chaos 9.

 

Finally, thanks for this platform with this thread although I don't think we need to protect bar threads when they are purposely misinforming BM's by posts they are making on that thread.
