Yep, got it long ago and its Tunch, had the pleasure of viewing her fine specimen a few years ago in Obsessions 
It would also help Zak if you did not give clues like this away

The thought of somebody pulling and cutting around my face gives me stomach ache. Plastic surgery would be so painful. What if it doesn't look good? What if they made a mistake? I couldn't do it.
However, the results in some cases are remarkable. Would anyone care to guess who this young lad eventually became? Answer on a "post"card.

You mean the Tunch photos you have cut and pasted onto the Darskside Bar thread.

Zak601, while you're enthusiastic, it helps to be accurate as well. Tunch does NOT work at Dark Side Bar, and posting her photos on this thread will give people the wrong idea.
The owner of Darkside posted he knows Tunch, but she doesn't work there. I would suggest that you remove those posts or ask a moderator to do so. There is another thread about Tunch (aka Champagne) where you can post her lovely photos.
