When I was in Manila back in March, Mixed Nuts on Burgos Street in Makati was closed. We didn’t really try to hit any other places. I will be going back in July so maybe we will get out a bit more this time.

The travel restrictions are much improved. In March I had to get a PCR test and a health insurance policy along with proof of vaccination. They have removed the test and insurance requirements now. All you need is vaccination with a booster and the Philippine Health Pass QR code that you get online.
When I was there everything was open except for movie theaters and bars. Everyone was masked in public. I am hoping that the bars and theaters are open and the masking is more relaxed.

That’s the truth. I noticed that when we were walking on side streets with little traffic a lot of people dropped their masks. It’s just too much.
