They also are probably having silicone implants for breast enhancement, and possibly silicone injection around the hips/butt for more curves. If they have the curves it means they have been making good money - possibly in p4p, sponsorship (aka boyfriend), or they've done well in beauty pageant circuit, or worked overseas.

One LB let me feel her boobs no silicone in there I'm.positive. She told me she was taking natural hormone therapy not the synthetic stuff. She said it takes longer but works. She also said over a years time it slowly worked.

I am a pharmacist and if she is meaning "plant based" hormones as "natural hormone therapy" they cannot cause significant breast growth in male to female transgenders. Even when they use synthetic hormones generally the best breast growth is about 1 cup size smaller than their closest female relatives.

They weren't huge, but I would say about 34 cup and I swear they felt soft and natural. As I said, her hips were curved with more fat there as women have. Not a huge ass but definitely female. So, I don't know! When I was in pattaya I saw all different degrees of ladyboys close proximity of how much they look like women. I saw ladyboys who had natural looking boobs bouncing just like natural boobs. There was no silicone in some of them I'm 90% sure. I saw some ladyboys with a very healthy set attached to them and not showing any sign of silicone. Although I lived in Asia for 14 years, I am no exper as to what is what. All I do know is:there can be huge differences in the amount of feminine physical charateristics from ladyboy to ladyboy. I believe many of them possessed feminine characteristics all their life.
