Ok, I'm a bit embarassed asking this :blush:

but given I am a circumcised male and have never touched another cock, I have no experience base on this.

I've noticed, from watching LB porn, many uncut LB's have foreskin that seems so tight and has such a small opening, that the head never comes out when they jerk off. It's worth mentioning that a small proportion of the ladyboys you'll encounter do have a condition referred to medically as Phimosis;

Good question mate...asking the Mamasan will only lead to a blank look.

Being mostly an uncircumcised lot I'd say the majority of the girls have it to some degree or other.
