Rx, Thai LBs for me no doubt. Much better looking, not only because of surgery but facial feature wise they are pretty.  Phuket or Bangkok best service providers and reasonably priced. sometimes language is a problem. Filipinas score there. Never been to Pataya but Phuket is Numero uno in terms of service and bangkok for variety. Off course nothing to beat Jimbos Bar..
