Rate for october for LK Living Place is 8100 THB, about 270$. For january booking is not available yet and i don't think that it will be much more. Tent for 200$ a month looks unreasonable option )

That's not bad! I paid more for 5 nights in the Baboona two weeks ago.
LOS is really a bargain for you lucky gents who can stick around for awhile.
