When I think about travel to capital of the Philippines I think about great museums beautiful old architecture , maybe temples or monuments .. nope ............... the locals told me that virtually everything was destroyed during world war II ,, I Google things to see when I visit manila and I got list of two churches ,a university , three or four malls , that’s right a mall and a Volcano .......here's the link http://travel.yahoo...._things_to_do-I I will get to Volcano later in the story ..I am not saying I was hitting the ground and looking for things to do during the day but I did try a little ....we all know lb hunting is better done at night so getting your rest is essential .... so maybe I missed some stuff ... but my friend Kliome did take me to a amusement park but after we entered and walked around a little we found out that park was for children ..... and we had to leave .......I found some more pictures of lb so I will post them .......................hope I am not making Manila sound to hard but I just telling what I think and saw .. ......

I called in briefly last night (just to keep my hand in) and there were about 20 - 25 girls there - many of them very pretty. Seemed to get fairly busy around 12.30am onwards so it's a good sign that the bar may yet be viable long term. Still expensive mind....

yes the prices are high ,,,but there are a bunch of good-looking lb there ...

this bar prices are in line with the other bars on the strip
they don't have tons of freelancers walking around gg or lbs maybe in that disco you could pull one but it was sure loud in there
hope i am not makeing Manila sound to hard ........i did have alot of fun there

Thanks for the pictures. It brings back some happy memories from January when I was there.
Spent a few nights at Mixed Nuts and for sure it is easy to run up a big bar tab (especially with the lady drinks),
but well worth it. I had a great night with Nikky (Picture G standing in the black dress on the right) and she is a real sweetheart.
I have never been to Thailand so can't compare the two, but can confirm there is no shortage of ladyboys in the Philippines.
As stated you just have to do your homework on the internet before you go. Hit the cam sites and just be decent and you will make lots of friends.
Mixed Nuts is not cheap...But better to have an expensive ladyboy bar than no ladyboy bar at all

Is Mixed Nuts like, say, a Cascades or Temptations i.e. you barfine the girls and take them out (Barfine?). And then what do the girls charge (just ballpark). Thanks a lot.

Never been to this bar but have spent quite a lot of time in the phils and usually you pay an all in price at the bar rather than a barfine and work out a additional price with the girl for ST or LT.

Great pics. Greenbelt Makati, wonderful mall. There is also Glorietta across the street. I've spotted a few LB's in both areas. I've even picked 1 up at the Starbuck's near Shangri-la Makati, before I knew of the LB's mind you. You should also try Cebu. I was walking through the mall there and saw a gorgeous LB, but I was with my GF so couldn't get her.
