The story of Toby Charnaud, mentioned at the end of the article, was a big talking point in Hua Hin back in early '05, where he owned two bars, after his disappearance and the full details of his horrific death finally emerged.

true what jimbo says, keep them at an arms length and enjoy yourself.
also good advice from putytat, why go around boasting, keep everything on the QT and live your life just dodging away under the radar and do not draw any attention to yourself.
