stonefre is correct, the art of negotiation is required. If you are trying to book an lb on line try to avoid the escort agencies because they often take up about 50% of the fee, leaving less room to negotiate with the lady.

The way she said it was as if she was so much better than a cheap as chips Nana LB. Well I was only contacting her for one of those sneak of and shag a ladyboy while the mrs back is turned quickies.
As far s I am concerned those Lb's in Nana are bloody gorgeous!

I really hate takeaways - the food always has the odor of cardboard or polystyrene.
Better visit the restaurant and look at the menu, savor the odor and enjoy the appetizers...
now thats funny Rossco
have to agree with you
cheers kakila

please older much richer then me guys, dont ruin thailand, 500-1000 baht is what it once was, lets keep it that way, for fucks sake a little team work and we could have the prices to what ever we chose in two days, this bullshit of 50-75-200 dollars for a asian bar girl is got to stop, u do the math on your trip n pussy at those prices, air fare-1000, plus room plus food plus bar fines, plus girls 50 dollar prices and in a ten day holiday your ass should of stayed home n got a local from an escort service n saved money.
After reading your post I am seriously considering to actually pay MORE than they ask for the next time I am with a bargirl. What u really are saying is that we should help to keep these girls in poverty so that they will be forced to go for a price that u seem fit, in your case of course a very low amount.

never smiling i guess maybe u should pay more for that, i actually agree fully, after all it is there whole day your taking and for this u should compensate . but for a quick fuck n forget or a late 3am romp n then to bed lets keep it modest and not flatter ourselves, then again without your flatterers there gambling drunk dad n thia boyfriend on the side wouldnt have such a nice chill life.
and all over paying does in seduce more young girls to stop working normal jobs or get n education and get into whoreing more n more n more, your just promoting n prolonging the problem, in some sense your doing the lords work n i commend you.

Regardless of anything mentioned in the last few posts....what you pay is at the end of the day....up to you
The wealthier ones are happy to pay top dollar for their "Loom" service and the more realistic amongst us enjoy the chase and the game in the bars or around town....and each has their own financial limitations...
The more experienced and realistic girls will gauge their customers and ask accordingly....the more experienced BM will usually smile and say no thanks....a balance is usually found and happy teddies all around...
The moral implications are usually left in the departure lounge....up to them...

From my experience the internet has fueled the SuperStar attitude. They know their photos are on the free Forums and guys go seeking them out, just because they saw them in another BMs trip report, or as a result of bar owner posts.
This inflates the demand.
Many guys hit town and maybe a little inexperienced so when the lady asks for a specific amount he pays - maybe shy, maybe feels awkward about negotiating or maybe just does not know the 'going rate'.
Ever since Club 131 kicked off, in earnest, the use of the Forums, to 'promote' their staff, the ladies are much more sought after. In many ways the over exposure has not been a good thing. Just like we all have a long list of prospects they too have a phone full of possible customers.
Combine the above and their expectations become higher.
Maybe as the bars reduce in number, due to more vigilant policing, and more competition amongst the ladies, the old street price will come down.
Prior to the internet most of the bars were relatively unknown - now we have the Lonely Planet guide to nearly all the bars.
One other aspect is Thai economic logic. They have in mind what they need for a month so that is what they want - be it from 20 different customers or just 5. In low season, last year, this became more obvious - less customers but they jacked up their prices.
This year High season is nearly over. I see a very lean low season commencing.
