What I find ridiculous are farang who fail to respect that the photographic wishes of the girl may have changed over time..

That's a fair point DC, in the case of a LB who did porn in the past and wants to leave it there.

Some girls, however, change from one week (day) to the next. Tantrum today, but tomorrow she's back out there seeking 'attention'. Whatever suits her particular circumstances/situation at the time.

What I find ridiculous is the fact when a ladyboy first did several photoshots for LB69 or other LB sites, or even porn videos, some of them barback, and then she tells you "no photos on internet" when you barfine her or in the room if you did not negotiate the photos before.

Yes, DC.. On this matter, it is "up to me", rarely "up to you"...
They are all differeent people, with different agendas, different images they see for themselves, and sensitivities ... all of which vary over time.

I think the days of being able to post our intimate pictures are drawing to a close. There are so many copyists and site raiders now, apart from these so-called 'heroes',its leading to the girls pictures appearing all over the web, and thats really not fair on them.
However, its still possible to have a highly amusing and informative TR, without porn, and i think the senior members of the board should be addressing that. I've noticed how few daily postings there are now, not just on my own thread, but right across the forum. Its no longer the place i used to visit with such eager anticipation.

We need to encourage the new posters, not clamour that they should "use the Search function", when they first appear. I get so many guys introduce themselves in the bar, who look at the forum, but never dare post.
We should encourage more people to post their pics, and tell us their experiences.
And, VIPs, come out of your secret room and start some interesting threads on the open forum, rather than just in your secret little corner!

If we don't take care the forums will die a slow death!

I have to say, to be fair, that you yourself have been guilty of coming down hard on the 'newbie' comments on your theads. Or should I say any comments which are not of the drooling-fan kind..

I would hate to see the forum fade to black. The information I have garnered and the friends I have made on the boards have really enhanced my Thailand experiences and accelerated the learning curve. Where to stay, what to do, and who and what to avoid have been essential to the "success" of my vacations here.

As far as the picture go, I love them- but here are a couple of thoughts-

To post any persons photo BM or LB on the net against their wishes is a shitty thing. You can justify it up and down but if a person doesn't want their picture (or that picture) posted don't.

showing the forum to a LB in order to gain "hero" status is a real punk move. I know that it has been said before but you only become a hero in your own mind. It doesn't raise the esteem in which you are held by the LB it only depreciates your character. Its a back stabbing move.

That said its impossible to regulate. We could have an advanced member feature to help weed out the "hero's" but that too in time would be infiltrated. I guess the bottom line is respect- respect the wishes of your photographic subject and respect the apparent mission of this board which is largely for punters not providers.

I agree with you their ! I have done 3 or 4 TR's with very little or no porn so far.

I think clothed pictures of the girls are fine (there clothes are usually very skimpy anyway lol)
It can add to the anticipation as to wondering what is underneath.

I do think it unfair on the girls who have let people take there pics for personal souvenirs only to have them posted all over the net.
On my last trip I spent some time with a sweet girl who turned 18 when I was with her (saw her ID card).
On another forum I spoted a couple of pics of her topless and one naked but not showing anything. Poor kid was only 17 when they were taken going by the posting date.

When I went into Guess Bar,Ex asked me how I knew of the bar and I replied internet,she asked what was written about her,I said I had only briefly looked on the net and changed the subject.

I have a fair few pics that I will not post anywhere....this is because I was asked not to...

A wee bit of respect usually is reciprocal and I personally find it goes a long way... ;-)

Well good to see this topic has provoked a bit of discussion. Certainly there has been a trend in the last year particularly of BMs being more discreet and selective about what they post and where.

I guess with the apparent rise in popularity of ladyboys, combined with the the growth in the use of digital cameras and internet savvy BMs and LBs something had to give eventually.
