i thought fortune town had a better selection than pantip although there was a shop on the ground floor of pantip with some higher end second hand laptops. id suggest fortune town for software and victory monument for films, theres a great stall there where you get 5 or 6 films for a couple of hundred baht and there not shit quality like elsewhere
