Hello Mardhi. Is Ex barfinable or is she only a manager?Some interesting events taking place in Guess bar currently. Jay has brought Ex in to help her sort the bar out (that is Ex from JSB/Linda Bar in Pattaya
Ex is fairly temporary as far as I could tell - i.e. she is just helping Jay sort out the staff - I have no idea what her own modus operandi is but I suspect she would be up for some bedroom gymnastics if the time & money were right.

Top loves them mirrors, it is a wonder that she notice anybody apart from her self looking in the mirror
I am seprised that she is stil there i heard that she moved on some time ago, must of been to good in guess bar ,so she returned

Great to hear that a new Fresh wind is going through Guess Bar ... certainly someone like Ex knows exactly what is needed to stir things in the right direction. Hope that soon Guess Bar will be the inviting place it was in the past. Indeed hope that someone soon repairs the AC leak as i can see i have not be the only one that had a shower on his head from that leaking AC ....

Couple of snippets worthy of mention:-
1. The Bar will start a daytime shift very soon - within a week is the message being relayed to me. The daytime cashier/bartender has been secured and Ex is working on which girls will be on the daytime team. The daytime team will be living onsite mostly - so they dont have far to commute
Ex is planning on 6 staff initially. The evening team will commence at 5pm - however there will be an overlap - so between 5-9pm its going to be a combined team of some 25 girls of which 10 will be new. I am not sure who the 6 will be - maybe they are all new and maybe she is shifting some from the evening shift.
2. A 2nd room facility has been secured within the same complex. So no more walking across street to use rooms, it just a hop out the back door and up a staircase. Although they are not part of the bar - its not exactly difficult to imagine where they are. The rooms are of a decent 4* standard - infact I cannot think of a better ST room anywhere.
3. The aircon IS being fixed.
4. A new Happy hour and drink promotions are coming in. The happy hour will be daytime and after midnight. The Bar is open until 2AM NOW.
5. 4 new girls have come up from Pattaya and hand picked by Ex. I dont know who they are on or even what they look like. Ex is going to send me some photos and I will post them here.
6. 2 service girls are now in situ - there job is to get drinks, take drink orders, empty ashtrays etc etc. I beleive they are exisiting staff who have transferred onto this new service team.
More updates as I get them.

Indeed very good news ... also believe that day-time action in BKK can be a very good commercial move for Guess Bar for both the bar and the BM's.
Indeed we can see how Ex is turning around Guess Bar with sensible new initiatives.
Surely will pay Guess Bar a visit as soon as i am back in BKK.
