Anyway, good to see the bar flourishing in these tough times.
HI Jimbo - I would not say its 'flourishing' but in the economic circumstances - the girls are clearly doing something right and they are lucky in so far as Bangkok does not dip down as much as the resorts - the business folk keep coming year round and for them Thailand is still very cheap compared to respective home territory. (but conversely Bangkok does not upswing that much in 'high season')
However the new team are doing a good job of uplifting and freshening the bar and bringing in like minded girls and removing any 'fickle' ones.

Sorry, only just noticed this message. Ink is up country at the moment, she has not been taken out of the bar, so will probably be back at some point however your guess as to when is as good as mine, but probably when she has run out of money LOL.
(this often happens at Guess, reliable members of staff, often head home for extended periods then come back for a few months and head back home for a few months).I will try and remember to ask Jenny when she expects her back but she probably has no idea either.

The menu for the 4th July BBQ at Guess Bar is as follows:-
BBQ’d Marinated Chicken pieces
BBQ’d Pork Sausages with seasoning
BBQ’d Chicken kebabs
BBQ’d Pork Ribs
BBq’d Prawn Kebabs
Baked Potatoes, Sour Cream, chives and Bacon
Vegetable Fried Rice
Mixed leaf salad with various dressing:- Incl Thousand Island, Balsamic & Olive Oil
Feta Cheese salad with Olives
Tomato and Cucumber salad
Its being prepared and cooked onsite by professional chefs - its not the usual 'bar party' food and is free to customers who have a drink bill in excess of 500b - otherwise for the balloon chasers, who intend to come and stuff their faces and buy one water its 300b LOL.

An excellent night last night to celebrate the re-launch of the bar and also to celebrate American Independence day. The food went down a storm and absolutely everything got eaten despite catering for 50 people.

It looks like a great night was had
Guess Bar has struggled to fully establish its self since relocating from Sukhumvit 1, however even from a distance I can at last sense that the latest re-invention is going to work......I do hope so anyway.
Gate and Beer seem to be the stand out lookers from that batch of 4th July snaps....Mmmmm, both very horny ladies.
