Not sure where you were during Songkran but Pattaya was perfect. The water stopped everyday by 7pm and the night was there to enjoy. During the day i used rooftop pool and watched the festivities from afar when needed
all in all i had an awesome time. ill be back in maybe 2 years for another go at it.

one final note i should add....in my opinion the biggest problem during Songkran is that many of the ladies return home so pickings are slim. on the flip side the mongerers are also low in numbers...

I don't. But just go to soi 6... Find her hanging in A bar or perhaps full moon bar. Both bars on left hand side as you walk from road 2 towards beach road. they are more towards road 2 end of soil 6. 1/3 of the way along at a rough guess.
