Very nicely done. Mickey is a beauty.

Does anybody know if the under-arm incision for breast implants, which Mickey seems to have, is a typical procedure in LOS? Any thoughts of the end-results of this type of procedure versus the incision under the breast or around the nipple (common in the US?).

If you have an opinion on the matter of this procedure, do tell.

I have a gg friend who is interested in this procedure.

And, I can always count on my fellow ladyboy lovers to know such things. :harhar:

Surin Nix, the axillary (under the armpit) method is most common in LOS. It is favored by the Thai plastic surgeons since the scar is less noticeable than the peri-aerolar (around the nipple) or infra-mammary (under the breast fold) approaches.

One of the drawbacks with the axillary approach is that accurate placement of the implants is more difficult unless the surgeon is quite skilled. This is one reason why you see some lbs with misaligned breasts - one nipple up, the other down, etc.
