Yes, you are so right about the Seoul LB bar scene. I don't bother except for one place, Trance bar. It's up one more alley and to the left from where you took the photo outside the bar.

Funny story i had on homo hill one night... busting for a shit, i said if the guys from the gay bar, a little bit further up the hill, if they could point me in the direction of the nearest toilet i'd come back for a drink.
Well i naively sat down after doing the business only to be chatted up by a korean man and asked share a cab back to where i was staying near jongro sam ga....
Poor bastard was shattered when i told him i did girls -- never seen a guy put a drink down and bolt out the door any faster.

Funny part was i had no idea i was even being chatted up, i forgot where i was The bar tender advised me what i had just been through and only then the penny dropped.

Just glad i never shared that cab home - it would have been a tad awkward

Yes it's true about Transe bar azza. But, that's why I like it, its not a juicy bar. If you spend the time, buy the girls a few (normal price) drinks, and they like you, getting a phone number or them to come home with you is quite possible.
