I've had a chance to explore a number of beaches on Phuket, and I must say that Surin has become my favorite. If you have never had a chance to spend an evening there, nightime along the boardwalk offers up some of the best little oceanfront bars that i've seen.
There is one bar, can't remember the name, which offers a very stylish setting with all-white seating and bar area, and lots of blue accents (tablecloths, cushions, bar), and the staff are all dressed in stylish white flowing attire. Very chic, and I intend to find a lovely LB and take her there for a long-time on my next trip.
Nice photos, and glad to see someone enjoying the sights.

Ah...yes nixworld......we have similar expensive taste.
A sunlounger, brolly and towel is 600 Baht for the day with great chill out music all afternoon followed by a few drinkies and a bit of a disco.

Pentire,
Those photos you posted brought back some very fine memories, and have only intensified my desire to return to Surin. It's such an enjoyable vibe there, and based on my observation of the bar i mentioned in the earlier post, it would apparently be very LB friendly as i observed a truly mixed crowd of both staff and patrons.
One of my most memorable days when I "discovered" Surin beach for myself. Traveled solo there and strolled (as you face the beach) to the little bar at the exttreme left end of the beach. Sat up on a bit of a rocky outcrop, and as you said, played the finest chill music (a style I enjoy very much), with a tremendous view.
Thanks for posting those photos!

Yes Oh like going beach and have fun with the little waves in the sea. She only little bit scared about your skin.
Phuket have many beautiful beaches but definitely not Patong Beach.

Where your girlfriend? (Avatar)
Apperently Mint is in Bangkok Nana Plaza now. Talk with her last week after a long time stop. But I don't mind. If I see her on my next trip I say hello and give her a drink.
