I have really been wondering about the scene in the PI, as I have seen such seemingly contradictory things... from what I have read so far, it sounds as if the LB scene there is somehow risky - vis a vis scams, rip offs, robberies, muggings etc...but then I have also read how friendly and nice the PI people are, easy to talk to, relaxed, and, as well, I know there are great beaches, beautiful islands, etc. Add to that that I have seen pictures of so very many truly lovely PI LBs and it makes for a confusing image.

This is a great idea for a forum section and I am looking forward to reading how to navigate what I imagine must be a wonderful place.

Hi guys -  Philippines has certainly been good for me !   I met my asawa wife on LBK dating site.  She was one of many  cam sex workers but in one magic meeting , I knew I had met my DREAM !.   withIn 5 days I booked my first flight to Angeles ( I didn't know where it was , so out with the maps )  but had to wait 4 months to get a flight I could afford.

 

Anyway to cut it short - Iam back out there in 4 weeks to have our postponed engagement party which was ruined by Yolanda  & finalise her Visa for UK .    Then we can marry within 6 months here.

 

Does anyone have experience of getting your dream ladyboy into UK and arranging to marry ?

There doesn't seem much info on the web , and its been a long journey so far but we are getting there !

Anyway     2 weeks today , Iam in Boracay with my LB future Wife .    Maybe I have a Pinay on my back !  or her legs over my shoulders !     Top or bottom doesn't matter ...... ENJOY      cos I will be SOON

You want to get a UK visa for the LB you have never met before?

 

Unless things have changed believe it takes time (months at least) and money.

How long has the UK recognized same sex marriages?

EDIT: According to Wiki, it just took effect last month, but he doesn't stipulate what type of visa he is trying to get.

Or does that even apply to his case?

Good Question Spyder Rocket.     Same -sex marriages were made legal in UK last month ( March) .    In order that we can marry , We have to obtain a UK Visa for her as Our Relationship is not recognised in the Philippines

 

The Class of UK Visa is :-  Fiancee / same-sex civil partner  -   We have put her visa application in on-line ($1504)  and have an appointment with UK Immigration in mid-May when Iam over there.

 

Could be interesting :-    Currently the British Authorities consider us same-sex couple even though we got engaged in November at ABC Hotel in Angeles  and They do not consider us  suitable for Fiancee Visa.      This is definately discrimination  under UK law !!!
