Day 1- The nightmare begins
Well had a uneventful flight from Los Angeles to Bangkok, China airways isnt to bad. left my house around 4:30 am on monday arrived in bangkok 2:00am wed. breeze thru airport and head outside, driver from majestic grande is right outside waiting with a sign with my name on it. In my haste to get outside to have a cigarette i forget to grab some baht at exchange but thats ok ill just hit an ATM when i wake up. i Arrive at the hotel go to check and they ask for my credit card, Thats when it hits i dont have my wallet. i search thru my bags, and nothing and i only have 200 usd in my pocket. My stupid -ass left my wallet at home sitting on my dresser. Now how do i survive LOS on 200 usd. Back to the report, not having my credit card i cant check in to hotel. so i have to find a new hotel and figure all this out. the bell man recommends the Manhatten on Soi 15, so i check it out not to bad . i check in and decide to get some rest and figure things out in the morning.[/b]

sgt694u, thanks for sharing your trip report, but please resize your photos to 800x600 pixels, that's the best size for posting to the forum, and making the mods happy.
