Stringfellows prices did go back up in August - Tiger now 85 Baht

Obsessions/Kitten Club. BF before 10.30 1000 Baht and after 10.30 600 Baht
I still find this bar expensive though good fun.

Even the staff are suggesting to customers to meet up outside as they feel the high BF is deterring customers - they should know!

Just a point of note, the prices in Pook 6 are higher than Pook Swan. Vodka orange is 120 in 6 and 100 in Swan. Similarly a beer Leo cost 85 in 6 and 75 in Swan.

The mamasan in 6 said rent is higher there and therefore the higher prices.

I was shocked in Naklua Family bar - this is NOT a downtown bar and only a beer bar. They wanted 90 Baht for a Tiger. The bar in front "Nice Bar" charged 70 Baht.

Stringfellows prices - interesting that if you BF for more than 1 day you get a sliding discount -good idea. Maybe other bars will follow suit - if they have not done so already.

Not a bad idea especialy for guys "in lube". They need every BHT since LT relations can be costly. Who knows...

I totally agree. Demand hasn't warranted the bar charging this. I don't know a lot about Patts or JSB bars location, but judging the market from the forum perspective the bars that promote the girls regularly and charge fair drink prices while catering to the LB officianado will eat them alive in my humble estimation and thats the way it should be. I don't think any bar should survive that survives on drunken tourist or the two week millionaire. I will always patronise the bar that is in it for the long haul. I appreciate the update on these prices.

It makes me wonder, if this guy is bilking customers for drinks whats he doing to the girls? Would be interesting to hear what they get off a high priced ladydrink.

This is Thailand. If bar is empty you have to raise prices so you earn enough.

Its unfortunate that some think like this. They deserve to go out of business.
