If your after good House/Techno i would recommend Club 808 on RCA and Club Culture which is close to Phayathai BTS station. However it's quite unlikely that you will see any Ladyboys there.
For afterhours spots with a fair chance of Ladyboys i would suggest as previously mentioned the Tunnel and also Parkbridge and Twillo which are both located in the Patpong area Soi 1 and 2.
Spicey, Spice, Scratchdog and Bossy usually have a few Ladyboys about but they are complete shitholes with ridiculously expensive drink prices and entrance fees.

IMO your best off grabbing some Ladyboys from Nana and getting them to go clubbing with you.

If you want quality music go to narci on sukhumvit 23, near cowboy. Place is always open late, best trance music in Bangkok.

RCA clubs dont interest me in general, more of a crowd-fest if that is what you are looking for. We normally prefer more quiet spots, not dead but not jammed. Just right.

As for after party spots, most of them have been mentioned. definitely right for guys looking to pick someone up after 2 but remember that they are eyeing foreigners and waiting to squeeze all they can so its not the best place to get comfortably drunk, some people I know have lost their wallets and more at spicy and such.

My advice: party till 1, go to nana pick up a LB, go to family mart they seem to sell alcohol 24/7, then go back to your hotel, play your kinda music and have red hot fun with an LB of your sober choice.

Thank you very much. More great advice. I am getting names of places that I never would have found just using google. Also I have a suite in the nana hotel so I have a nice big space for some late night sessions.
