Over the past year or so it has been usurped by other venues and slipped down the league tables. La Bamba has done it a favour by keeping customers on Soi Yamato, if it was in a soi on it's own I believe it's decline would have been accelerated.
I've often stated that SF is a great place for the monger travelling alone to go one on one, mano a mano if you will, with a fine scantiily clad LB.
Its not a place to go with a fellow BMs and chat and take an occasional glace at the dancers.
Hoot and I have one in Stringfellows and confirm what we thought about the place on our last visit.....
More confirmation of what I've been saying. You go with fellow BMs and you're not as likely to have a good time.
Now consider that the BMs posting here the most tend to talk about going out and meeting fellow BMs in clubs and then finally selecting a date for the evening. It only stands to reason that SF will generally get bad marks from such posters.
So anyone reading this forum would come to the conclusion that SF is on the decline wrt to places like Ezy and LaBamba. However you cannot draw that conclusion unless you can show that the people posting here are really representive of the LB loving public (most of whom I would guess actually go out solo). But I have no facts to back that up.. Maybe it's time for a poll (although again that would only poll people who read this forum and not all LB lovers who come to Thailand).
