Probably over a billion mobile phones in use today, some numbers are bound to repeat, but the country and area codes will make them unique.

LOL human,
Imagine my shock when I was back in Ireland and did not use 66 to call a LB and an Irish voice answers the phone. Should not be so shocked I know ,though this guy sounded to Irish or the reverse happening in the LOS.
