Curious if anyone has any experience with some of the lb's posted on that site. Namely Art or Arm? I know most can probably be found locally at the LB bars and for non-agency prices, but the 2 mentioned are cute and new to me.

With the limitless opportunities to meet LB's in Thailand, I can't understand why you would want to resort to utilising this service. :?
The majority of the LB's on the site are associated with the Casanova Bar anyway.
If you believe you specifically require the LB's you mentioned in your post then go for it !
Would be interested to hear of your experience should you decide to try this option.
