We had our monthly staff meeting last night and rewarded those who had been especially helpful, good with customers, and provided the best customer service. I wont show all the pics because its just smiley faces holding an envelope, but here is Emma who got "Best Customer Care" award, mainly for her efforts with Ronan.

Efforts Jim, she loves me 555, no joking aside Emma is super.

Well if this is High Season, I'm not looking forward to Low ! Pretty quiet really, considering the time of year. Still got 15 barfines, so the guys are still shagging, even if they're not drinking!
