I answered both, because i dont get attracted to silicon tits and implants here and there.
Sure it can inhance the appearance a bit but i really think that an attractive ladyboy is attractive nomather if its early or late in her plastical surgery career.

To me this comes down to a question ive been bearing in mind for some time.
Why am i attracted to Ladyboys, and preferably asian ladyboys?
Back in Europe i dont find the so called Shemales or Transvestites intressting at all, if they dont have the Asian herritage.

So to me, i kind of define Asian ladyboys as the third sex. Nomather if they are Femboys or Ladyboys.
However, this is a question of definition.

Who is defined as a Femboy or as a Ladyboy.

I make it simple, i categorise them all as Ladyboys, some beeing attractive and some not.

Silicon implant and other surgery can sometime even ruin the girl in question.
