Further on to reach 2.nd Road. There 10 More Meters on the left is the pharmacy. Do they have a homepage or delivery service?

While I realize its "PC" to imply that drugs only made in the USA are legitimate, and while i realize how insanely popular it is for us americans to have our heads expand to the size of Antartica as well as our monster egos .... I do take issue with that thing you posted in this thread awhile back.
I believe you were copying and pasting something I've read numerous times about "non US made non FDA approved drugs". The same old mantra that "we just dont know" whats in it if its not FDA approved or made in the USA or UK.
The reality is that there are numerous legitimate pharmacies all over the world, including India and it is completely erroneous for someone to instill doubt and fear as to the legitimacy of their drugs. For one solid reason. People get sick all over the world. Not just in the USA. Its really in my opinion nothing more than a product of Ego to make statements like "Dose can fluctuate from 100mg to 150mg to zero depending on the pill".
Please ... what legitimate pharmacy is going to be that reckless?
Just playing devils advocate here because I work in an industry where I hear this a lot. India has a HUGE legitimate pharmaceutical industry and I dont think scaring guys into worrying that Kamagra is "poorly made and dangerous" is being fair at all.
In fact there are several international pharmaceutical companies which are owned by north american ones like Glaxxo, etc...
The only pharmaceuticals I think qualify for your description are the ones I see in Tijuana on the side of the road where they put sugar pills into capsules. Legit, stamped, branded drugs are just that. Legit.
People get diabetes, cancer, and lymphoma in countries other than the United States and Europe, and they need to rely on legitimate drugs out there to live. Implying that everyone is recklessly unregulated is ignorance and fear mongering.

You see I wrote if it was a joint venture generic company the quality standard will be high. The problem is with the CHEAP generics.
I am a pharmacist and I have been in Thailand many times, and spent 4 months working in Beijing as a consultant to an International Hospital project.
My comments are based on facts that I have gathered while in those countries - where did you get your information from?
Generic drugs from countries like India and China have varying standards of quality control. If it is a major pharmaceutical company with joint venture ties to a "western" pharmaceutical company their quality control would be quite high.
However, not all generic drug companies are like this. The main risk with these really cheap generics is the following: - the amount of drug in each tablet/capsule/sachet may not be consistent. One tablet of 100 mg may have 150 or 200 mg and the next may have 0 mg.
One should not overdose a medication because the risks of adverse effects increase dramatically - and the inconsistency of the cheap generics make it an even higher risk.
