I don't have the correct equipment - we need sheep dipping facilities - over to our Oz'ie friends and NZ lads.

When in a internet cafe I often reduce the size of my window and scroll the titles up out of sight so I can relax and read, also tend to choose places where you have your back to the wall so it's not easy for people to see the screen. Not due to embarrassment, just because I don't want the proprieter (or helper) thinking I'm surfing porn.
...... maybe a more subtle design or way to hide this stuff while in the forum. too hard when youre in public cafes.. ( or maybe i should just be proud! )

I would like, if its possible, that the big banner of an LB with a huge red meaty veiney cock, is not displayed on the home page of the forum.
Some guys like porn and some guys just come on the forum for info about LBs. Why not accomodate both types of BM?

I like the LB-69 site, both content and community wise. Have subscribed off and on in the past few years. Admittingly, one big reason is the high quality Helen content, the way she dances, teases and abuses the camera is some of the best I have ever seen - goddess. And recently subscribed to the forum, which I v.much enjoy as a great way for interacting with fellow LB lovers. Great work!
I also like the Femjoy.com as best practice. Clean and simple interaction design, and look and feel. My feeling, however, is that if you really want to differentiate on the web, and in case of LB-69.com retain subscribers and easily attain new ones, high quality content, high content turnover and good findability in search engines (organic and commercial) and third party sites and blogs, etc are key. There is so much carbage and noise out there.
Some possible quick wins re. interaction design:
- Rethink movies page interaction, do you need LHN? Perhaps approach like on Femjoy.com, quite nice for browsing vid content. Would be super if you can add a small Flash stream for decision making to each video.
- To the model section perhaps change the numeric in page navigation to alphabetic (since you're browsing by model name). Would be super if you could enhance search interface with some extra search options.
- Rethink primary navigation, can you split in a new primary nav and add footer navigation. Will help primary user goals - one, get content, two, subscribe. You have double Forum, in top bar and primary navigation. Maybe delete Forum from top bar and add Tour there. So you further simplify and clean up the primary and distinquish between the two primary user goals. I would prefer a top bar nav as (1) members, (2) tour, (3) join, a primary nav as (1) Updates, (2) Models, (3) Videos, (4) Forum and would dump the rest in a footer navigation. Less is more...

I'd like to see a section for members devoted to contact details for the models. Specifically their e-mail addresses. Phone numbers to if possible. Also a picture of the model beside her details.
