I'd like to see more of the 'main' content on the front page, just as in the current site.

The new site has too many 'extras' (forum posts, latest comments etc) on the front page. Perhaps these could be moved to sidebars.

Still further the navigation on the new site is not as intuitive as the current site.

The latest forum posts which appear on the front page of the new site should ideally open in a new window.

I really think you guys should be more concerned about the less than lackluster speed at which your videos download and stream. Its far more important to making money on this site and retaining paid memberships, than a redesign is. I realize that redesigns can optimize page load speed (via caching, etc) but I have cancelled my paid membership 3 times out of frustration purely because your HD videos ... on the fastest possible ISP in california .... simply take *FOREVER* to load. Despite numerous attempts to notify you of this, you've passed it off as a problem with my ISP. If you guys are hosted in asia, that could play a huge role in how fast your stuff loads in the states, etc. Consider getting a local server because your regular movies download very slow. Your HD movies are a living nightmare to wait for.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but i for one loooove seeing videos of ladyboys in a normal situation, perhaps in their apartment or wherever, walking and talking naturally about themselves and what they love about being a ladyboy. Personally, seeing a ladyboy move femininely and talk femininely is incredible...maybe after that they can show everything they're hiding in their bras and panties ...but since i can't be in Thailand i would love to see them in as many different settings as possible, to get otr know them better and come to understand how they are...

I was having trouble downloading videos at night but found that doing it during the afternoon was much faster and I did'nt have any problems with incomplete videos that I had at night .
Maybe you should try another timeslot.

Have you had a look at the behind the scenes videos , although short they give you a glimpse of their normal behaviour which I find very sexy.

iv been a member of a lot of ladyboy/shemale sites and i think this is miles the best navigation around the site and the models is great the updates are excellent the forum is great so i have to say "if its not broken why fix it"

I like the layout as is. The black text on Blue backgroung is easy on the eyes.
But I do like Laptops' short interview idea. Hearing the girls voice, attitude, and laugh would really add to the BM's ability to determine compatibility with a given lady. For me voice and attitude are important.
