please take good care of suite 4 DC this is my suite for when i visit patong. always have same room. if you go out on balconley around 6pm everyday theres couple of lb's next door doing make up there quite a laugh and will want to come round

This is great guys - well organised.
If you need more accom, C & N is even better positioned than Paradise complex and is just finishing a major re-furb. But dont know what their rates are or how lb friendlt. Although its so near Bangla AND Paradise Complex which is gay that i imagine theyre ok.

I've booked Suite 2 with Tom so that's that sorted.

I've asked Tom about a taxi to meet us (maybe someone has alreayd done this?)

I'm guessing there will be 5 of us needing a ride?

I raised the point of a taxi pickup with Tom for us at the airport and I informed him of the flight code and arrival time/date too.

Between 4 will reduce the cost to each of us...

The site says:
"We have airport pick-up and drop-off service available for 500 Baht one way. You can be picked up at the airport and dropped off right at the front door of the hotel in comfort, without the wait associated with airport limo's. When you're departing, you can be picked up right at the front door, and taken directly to the airport."

Tom Said [via email]:
"I also offer transportation from the airport on your arrival. I will get the price for taxi since there are 4 people and it will require a larger vehicle than the Honda car that I have been booking."

We need to decide whether we will share Tom's taxi pickup or make our own way. Personally I think it would be easier if Tom picked us up IMO.

I'm for Tom picking us up, but it will be a little more than B500 as he needs a bigger vehicle.

Not sure what you mean kuhnvtio.
On the booking site, one-way is one flight, return is the same as round trip.

Well guys I just heard from one of your group re your planned visit.

I proposed to Sam (the owner of La Bamba) a party in your honour.

I guess it depends how many of you make it back from Fucket but how does Sat 19th April sound?

The theme should be Batman Returns - in some small way to repay the aborted birthday party in 131 back in September/October.

What about food - roast pig OK?
What time do you want to kick off - they can time the pig to suit. 9.00pm OK?

How many of you are there in this "legendary" trip?

As far as i can see the "Legends" trip is scheduled for the end of April. So the 19th sounds like an ideal date for the Party. I will be going home on 25th April and would like to party with the "Legends" before they set off. Roast pig sounds good and yes 9pm is an ideal start time. Maybe next year i can become a "Legend" and enjoy the delights of Phuket too
