When we got to Manila I gave him the 2500 pesos that I was quoted the previous day he said it was 2800 , so I paid up feeling disgusted with this so called official .
Later that night I got dropped off at the airport and went to check in , I handed in my passport and itinary and they asked for my ticket ! Ticket ? I have not seen one in the last two years of international travel (four trips) and have not seen one at home for at least 8 years so I was confused . They had my booking on the flight and my passport but they wanted a slip of paper before I was allowed on the plane . I nearly lost the plot with them but just wanted to get the fuck out of this lousy fecking place so handed over my credit card and paid a second time for my flight ( that reminds me I have to chase up the refund for the first ticket).
You are not allowed to take local currency out of the country so I did not have much cash left on me and would have needed a loan from my mate if I did'nt have the credit card.
It was with great relief that I touched down in Bangkok and got to witness the spectacle of all the street walkers once we left the motorway in the taxi . I mentioned it to the driver and he asked if I wanted to stop and pick one up  I declined as I just wanted to get into the Dynasty Inn to shower and relax . However I had hardly gotten my car door open when a freelancer jumped in to help me and offered her services ,
My whole mood lifted as I felt so relaxed but badly needed some sleep and knew I would make up for any lost time over the next five nights in Bangkok and then 10 days in Pattaya .
The Ladyboys are coming tomorrow
