I am again headed to Thailand for a couple of months next year - Mid Feb to the end of April. Last year I stayed in a hotel in Pattaya. This year I stayed in a hotel for a month and the last month in an apartment.
The apartment was a lot less expensive, but it was not well appointed. Can anyone recomend a short-term apartment or condo (two months or so) in Pattaya. My requirements are minimal, but I am hoping for a price anywhere between 6K to 12K Baht per month.

"Green Roof Mantion" located in soi Kor Pai, but you'll need a car or a motorbike to get to the action. Nice, clean place, good and cheap food downstairs, 24 hours REAL security and more.
