To be honest the 'walk of shame' doesn't really exist outside of certain people's heads. Hotels, restaurants, shops etc.. see thousands of LBs on the arm of a farang everyday, and as long as you are a paying customer they are more than happy.

Other tourists are equally as 'unbothered' about seeing a westerner with an LB. Most people that look at an LB when she passes are either jealous or expressing a curiosity. It's such a common sighting that most peopel don't batter an eye lid, especially somewhere like Nana Plaza, or Pattaya.

For those who are worried about the walk of shame, it's very much in their head and something that maybe a a few glasses of JD could help cure

Usually i didnt feel shame when walking with a ladyboy, even when we touched hands of each other.

Hi folks, I'm happy to say that it took me just a few minutes to get over this "walk of shame". I told myself to just forget the (occasional) curious looks. On the contrary, I made 2 lbs shy about being seen with me.

Well, to be honest.. we only take on dates with LB's who are so passable as to not get any curious looks when going to vanilla places like the movies, out to dinner, or other str8 places.. In fact the looks/comments we like to get is 'who is your friend, is she available?'... I've stayed at the Dynasty Inn on Soi 13 for many years and have never had any comments or issues bringing back LB's, and believe me I've bought back plenty over that time.

I think people make a big fuss about this topic when it isn't warranted.
