There's no groping or touching in my experience at Casanova when you're entering the bar. You just have to make an early decision on one to sit next to you - there might be 6/7 trying to convince you of their attractions (pretty politely). Once all this is decided, the "crowds" melt away and you can then relax a bit and have a drink and a chat. It's not so intimidating the second time. It's a pretty small bar, of course. When you want to leave just ask for the bill. No pressure in my experience - albeit relatively limited (twice a year for about 5/6 years).
