I have stayed at Majestic Suites and just recently at Dynasty Inn.
Majestic has nicer rooms, but as everyone comments they are small. Not all rooms at Dynasty Inn have been refurbished, mine certainly hadn't, having said that it had every thing you need and was bigger. I would agree with KK the food at Dynasty is good and inexpensive. If your on a budget I would choose the Dynasty Inn, but as other posters rave about the value for money at DIG, choose this if you can, I will next time. But remember the difference in rates is about 1 ST a day :wink:

I have nothing to compare with, but DIG must be one of the best as for standard, price value, lb friendly, service, location, wireless internet etc.
I go back there, no reason to look for others.

I have stay at both Dynasty hotels and both Majestic. My preference is 1st Majestic suites, best bang for the $, friendly staff, includes 2 good free breakfasts with double superior room, no extra charge for more than 1 guest like Dynasty, includes free use of pool and fitness facilities at Majestic Grande, excellent location for transportation and night action. All bathrooms do have tubs, never experienced a problem with that.
Second choice would be the Dynasty Inn, soi 4, but only the superior rooms in the rear building. The price for these is same-same as Majestic, but no breakfast included and rooms are not as nice, also a fee for more than 1 guest.
Third choice is Dynasty Grande, the new hotel with pool and great rooms, but about 700 baht more per night, no breakfast included, and also a fee for more than 1 guest.
good luck!

Here's the link to the website;

http://www.dynastyinn.com/

Click on the reservation tab and then select the hotel you want.

Not sure what you mean by "How long can I stay at a time ?"

You can stay as long as you want, providing you have sufficient money and a valid visa. :?

They will often negotiate a reduced room rate for monthly stays or longer it that's what you have in mind ?

I think you may have interpreted the word "Inn" too literally !

Inns are establishments where travellers can procure food, drink, and lodging. Found in Europe, they first sprang up when the Romans built their famous system of highways two millennia ago. Some inns in Europe are centuries old. In addition to providing for the needs of travellers, inns traditionally acted as community gathering places.
