Moo's mother, franck and Pond turned up at the Police sation as arranged in order to pay the agreed 40k Baht however, typically the chief there decided he needed a new bathroom suite so the required amount is now 50,000 Baht therefore, franck is back on the fund raising trail busy sending sms's, phone calls and emails to whoever he thinks appropriate.
Moo's mother was apparantly in some distress upon hearing that the prison guards have indeed shaved Moo's beautiful head of hair.
Surely there was no need for that
Anyway, the wait goes on and more news shall be posted by franck as soon as it becomes available

His aim was to have her out by tonight
I think it is a sad indictment that the three or four LB porno sites who used her services and promoted her as a major fortcoming attraction have not been prepared to stand up and be counted in this her time of crisis.

The Moo situation is just ridiculous - the police can be incredibly cruel and seem to enjoy "beating up on LB's". The hair shaving is sick and medievel BUT two things:
Drugs are a No No here - more so than most Wetsern countries - if you dabble be prepared for a tough time. Apparently according to the local papers there is a big purge on drug offenders - Zero tolerance.
Moo was incarcerated for drugs - the Swiss guy, who defaced a poster of the King, got 10 years sentence (the aggregate for all the offences was a possible 75 years). He has subsequently been pardoned by the King but must leave Thailand after 20 plus years of living here. They just do not "take prisoners" here.
My advice to any of you travelling here (and am sure I am supported by residents here) DO NOT fall foul of the law. Generally as a Farang you are going to be in the wrong and your Thai speaking skills are limited. You will either face large fines (and large in your own currency) or a stretch in a Third world gaol. Do not take chances and avoid conflict/confrontation
As much as I sympathise with Moo she was a "silly moo" for doing the stuff. I hope she has learnt from it.

Ok...Franck is feeling rather down at the moment having had no sleep for two days and very disapointed that for some reason which he shall no doubt elaborate on later tonight...Moo's release date has now been fixed for May 9th.

Good night Gentlemen:
It’s 8 pm now. My day started about 8 am when Moo’s mum arrives.
Pond (my loyal friend), ready to join us for the hard day that we had in front.
9 am P.St. in Chonburi. The regular bureaucracy papers signed by mum.
Some “meetings” / “previews” with some “guys” before the final meeting with the “boss”. The “cash” amount variable (for worst) on the time being. 40! 50!
OK, let me interrupt here to explain the reasons why I write “under the lines”:
Not many of you know, but on the beginning of the Club 131 adventure I WAS SET UP by “someone” and fined with 80,000 THB.
Not the best start, I say … this it was on the 4th or 5th day after I open the place.
Anyway the “show must go on” and I tried apparently to forget the “accident”.
Believe me guys and some of you they know me already:
I’m a “week” old man (62) but inside I have a lot of strength and power.
Like a normal Portuguese, I’m very emotional and my blood turns quickly hot with the wrong things.
Unlikely (I had a serious advice!!!) I cannot post here all the day’s commitments at Chonburi.
Even for what I wrote already I could get some problems …
As Pat Tire wrote above, the poor Moo only can get out of bars on May 9th.
The mum, Pond and myself felt on tears with the final “sentence”.
I’m a good loser believe me, but it was not only me on this “game” and to accept the unfair things with resignation doesn’t make my style.
Moo’s Mother went back to her home town.
Pond, relaxing for a while, to be prepared for one more agitated night.
I, after finish this post, take a shower and with a smile, waiting for my friends / customers.
Like I said above: THE SHOW MUST GO ON
Ciao,
Franck

The one and only time I have been arrested was at 16 and for drugs, speed, although we just called them pills back then. After that day I think I took them one more time, what stopped me? the shit I put my parents through, but more importantly how they stood by me. (Mind you I think I probably caused myself to kill more brain cells over the next few years with Tetley Bitter, my choice of legal drug!).
All I am saying is just because Moo has been lifted for drugs it doesn't mean she's not the same person many of you love and nor does it mean she is a lost cause. Don't desert her guys, get behind Franck' mighty effort.
God Bless you mate

I have never met Moo, but I know she has many admirers on the forum. I hope they all appreciate what you are doing to help Moo, another 10K should not be a problem for the many friends she has out there. I was at the bar the night we heard she had been lifted for drugs, ther was a fair amount of tut tutting, I think I was one of the tutters, but not everyone that gets done for drugs goes on to make a career of them.

Thanks Patrick..Thanks a lot for your comfortable words.
Same as you, I never met Moo in spite of she's one of my all the time favorites.
Maybe because I lost my son (cos of drugs), I hate that stuff.
However, Moo she's a lovely creature and deserves another oportunity.
I really don't know how much the long time in the prison did affect her (surely for worse).
What made me more upset was to realize that it was her first time caught, which means that normaly it will be one or two days behind bars with a small fine.
But no, because her beauty and popularity, "they" wanted to give a kind of a "damn" example.
To be sincere, I was waiting more support, especially from those that had already the pleasure to be with her.
Even I had mention before that she would "pay back" with her marvellous body.
Well... now this case is over and I don't intend to talk about this subject anymore.
Tomorrow is another day ...
