You've got me there? I found it by accident, the taxi driver just refused to go any further for some reason?

All I know is that they call it Cosy beach because it's by the Cosy Hotel so I just asked the taxi drivers for that. You just have to walk down the steps at the back. It was up the hill, on the way to the beach you mentioned, but it seemed to be the first one I came to. Only took about 5 mins from the Tony's end of walking St.

Most of the shore line of Pattaya does have a crap beach however, IMO Pattaya's best beach is located at the bottom of Partamnak Soi 5 and is every bit as good as Patong Beach. Even the sun loungers are the same price at 80 Baht.
I'll see if I can take and post a few pics once back there in a day or two

if i am right this beach is betwin pattaya beach and jomtien beach?

Correct. My other fav beach is a bit further out of town & off Sukhumvit highway, Sunset Beach....

that means is extactly infront of pattaya park hotel
