Hi anyone have any information about a club located in Patpong called Pinoccio?

Yes indeed.
It's situated on Patpong2 at the start of the road from Satorn end. It's hidden behind the standard bars on the left in a parallel alley.
Small, with 60% girl, 40% LB.
The LB's are of a poor standard, but are 'up for it'
They have a BJ room onsite - actually its a BJ cuboard more than a room. And I've found the girls are happy to wank you off as you sit in the bar (you can also do the same for them). They encourage you to the room, but if its quiet enough they are happy to do the full business in the bar.
