I have been to Thailand and Pattaya many times and i favor ladyboys. I have been using "Kiss of Mint Condems" to suck their hard cocks but now i want to taste the real thing. I am HIV Neg and want to find a ladyboy and get her tested. Has anyone used the Pattaya International Hospital. Also want ideas on finding a ladyboy girlfriend and not a bar ladyboy. Where else besides beauty salons and makeup counters can i find ladyboys

In reality you will find/meet ladyboys all over Thailand, just like regular girls.
I don't think there is some particular place to find them especially outside the well known play4play locations.
Nightclubs & Discos are another possibility, but many you will meet here work as escorts and in the bar scene also.

Still confused about your plan of attack. Lets say you meet some attractive LB one evening at a night club, are you going to head straight to the hospital for a blood test with her prior to having any sexual activity ? That is assuming she agrees to undertake testing.

Cheers

You need to learn more about what testing means and entails.

Depending on the type of test, it might take a few days to get the result, on top of the bigger problem that the common cheap indirect viral testing relies on antibodies to the virus developing, which takes from weeks to months, and rarely years; while the more expensive direct testing of the actual viral count using PCR still requires a few days to develop enough viruses to give a positive.

A person could have been infected the a few days earlier and would show up negative on the tests.

How long will you be there?

I will be in Thailand at least 3 weeks. I hope to meet a ladyboy i like and after the first night get her tested. I realize the more rapid tests aren't 100 % accurate but I want to reduce my risks as much as possible. I plan to suck only, no anal. How do the rest of you guys handle the risks. I am tired of those damn condoms, but i do prefer the ladyboys, the most sexy women of all.

From what I know, you can't contract AIDS for sucking cock unless you have an almost-open injury inside your mouth. Morever, human saliva posesses an enzima that kills the virus.

However you can get other diseases, specialy herpes, etc.

You don't need open cuts or injuries in the mouth, brushing your teeth will damage it too.

The friction of the brush can cause microscopic gum bleeding, and loss of bodily fluids, as well as small tears in the gum, that could become infected.

So don't brush your teeth. Gargling is recommended...

You are correct, but it is still very low risk is it not? Otherwise most of the population would be walking around sick.

It's worth considering that there are hundreds of diseases passed by close contact. So overall caution should be considered with all parties. And cleanliness is very important, as is education.

Unfortunately the governments concentrate on educating on prevention only. People need updated on treatments, and understand the improvements that have been made. HIV & AIDS for example has moved on considerably from the 80's when it was first introduced into common culture.

We are educated via the media who scaremonger all the time. And many of our understandings about diseases are many years out of date.

There has been huge strides forward in the care of many HIV patients - and although no cure is available containment and living with the problem is now an option. Obviously its not an option any of us want to even consider, but nevertheless we are the fortunately ones who have western care or finance at our disposal to treat such conditions.

It is terrible for the Thai's and other poor nations who do not have the care that the west offers. That is worth considering, that many of the LB's are carrying (and that is absolute fact - and they will not tell you if you ask either because of fear of predjudge) and we should be both aware for our own health, but also considerate to them also, as their immune systems are weakened and we should not pass any other minor diseases to them as it could be signficantly life threating to them (something that alot of people forget about and are very selfish in consideration).

Fault should not be placed for this disease. It is so horrible that so many good and loving people have caught it, and we are closer to those individuals than most of the rest of society.

Health advice on this matter is important.

As is education, and i recommend to all contributors to look at other health sites on the internet so to educate themselves and others and to help those who have unfortunately found themselves with such conditions.

I am fortunate that i have friends in the medical profession who have educated me in the lastest treatements and cause and effects.

I am fortunate that i do not have this problem, however being more aware has helped to be alot more considerate to others.

For example :- If you have the cold, If you have a cold sore, If you have a rash or skin irritation or any minor problem let the girl know, so both you and her can have fun without damaging the health of each other.
Remember, you are likely to be more aware and higher educated than they, so please provide them with guideance and do not behave ignorantly.

Remember, the girl herself many be unaware that she is carrying.

a sobering thought indeed
I spent a lot of money on LB's in Nana Plaza, Patpong and Pattaya. The rest of the cash, I just squandered

Many bars, massage parlours, and other commercial outlets claim to test their CSWs for STDs, including HIV, every month, however, they usually use the cheaper (and slower to respond) antibody tests - see my earlier post. The "window" period for antibodies to develop means that a GG or LB could be HIV positive, but antibody negative, for a period of weeks to months. The more expensive direct viral tests such as PCR measure the viral load directly.

Some of the testing in Thailand is good, in other places it is quite cursory.

So, take precautions, when giving and taking penetrative sex.

FYI, HIV is the virus; AIDS is the syndrome that the virus causes, a breakdown of the body's immune defence system, which means you have reduced or negligible defence against external infections such as bacteria and fungi, and internal insults such as cancer.
